Mukwevho Foundation seeks to alleviate these issues the hardship and the suffering borne by abused women, abused children, neglected children and adults with disability and actively help COVID-19 support efforts.
Though the government is doing much to assist its people during COVID-19, its quite clear that as far this pandemic is concerned we are far from being out of the woods. This might be the beginning. It will need all hands on deck on our communities, corporate, congregations, NGOs’/NPOs’, neighbouring countries, etc. to combat this disease and survive it.
For many years our mothers, sisters and girl children has been badly abused, and the stats has shown that COVID-19 has made it worse. In most cases these days even babies are raped, innocent souls of God are abused in our watch. These are our beneficiaries. Where possible we seek to help provide them with adequate independence and assist to access appropriate help such medical, Legal, trauma assist and sometimes integration with families/love ones
We help to provide and maintain assistive devices for People With Disability from wheelchairs (motorised/manual), walkers, vehicle driving assist equipment’s’, hearing aids, etc. throughout the country, which why YOUR HELP is needed desperately!
Without the necessary devices and equipment’s ourselves we can’t function well, it would be very difficult for our teams to have desired impact of assistance to individuals and their assigned communities daily.
